Host your matters on Everlaw through Spark

Get more for your monthly fee.

Spark eDiscovery is proud to be an Everlaw Partner, offering a powerful collaborative litigation platform designed for smaller, more agile firms. When you create an Everlaw database through Spark, you get the benefit of partner pricing, Spark’s knowledgable, strategic support, and access to features that are ordinarily not available to users without a long-term subscription.

What you get by hosting through Spark?

  • Better pricing, without the commitment. Spark has negotiated rates that we pass to clients, and we never impose a minimum spend — if you have 1 GB of data, we’ll only charge you for 1 GB! We welcome one-off projects. Contact us for a quote.

  • Full platform access, including AI, on any matter. Many platforms restrict features such as AI tools for clients who aren’t on subscription arrangements. Large-scale use of AI for coding, summarization, or for asking questions across your data with Everlaw requires purchasing a block of AI credits upfront, which most one-off clients can’t justify. Through Spark, you get access to Everlaw’s full feature set on any matter. AI credits are available from Spark as you use them, with no minimum purchase.

  • Support that goes beyond the platform. When you host through Spark, Spark supports you with training, strategic questions about how to use Everlaw effectively, and everyday questions, too. Sara brings litigation experience to the answer, not just platform knowledge. Let’s talk about search construction, production workflows, review strategy, AI tools, or what you need to get moving.

What is included?

Everlaw charges a single per-gigabyte monthly fee for active data. That fee covers essentially everything — no separate charges for uploads, processing, searches, email threading, predictive coding, imaging, or productions. What you see is what you pay.

This matters because other platforms charge separately for many of these services. Their per-GB rate looks lower on paper, but the monthly invoice can be unpredictable, and features you didn’t even know to ask for get left out. Everlaw’s all-in model removes that friction and makes costs predictable from the start.

Feature List — All Included:

  • Cloud Connector integrations: Transfer files from Microsoft 365 (email, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), Google Vault (enterprise email, Google Chat, Drive), Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, and more, without having to download and re-upload massive collections.

  • Drag-and-drop uploads: For many types of data, Everlaw will walk you through simple upload and processing. Spark support is available at every step.

  • Deduplication and email/chat thread analysis: Before review begins, Everlaw identifies exact and near-duplicate documents and groups email conversations into complete threads. You can choose to review only the most complete versions of each thread, so you’re reading and coding a single long email and not every. single. reply. For chat files, you can easily navigate between days in a longer conversation, in context rather than as disconnected messages. On a typical collection, deduplication and threading can cut review volume by 30–50% before a reviewer touches a single document.

  • Predictive Coding: Machine learning tool prioritizes the documents most likely to be responsive, based on your coding choices, so you can get the most relevant materials up front.

  • Productions in minutes, not hours: Set up a production template once, and run multiple productions with custom QC, without waiting for a vendor to run them for you.

  • Storybuilder: Everlaw’s built-in fact and case management tool is your place to put your documents to work: build timelines, create exhibit lists and deposition outlines, keep track of review decisions, and more. As you review, add documents and depositions, associate them with key factual findings, and organize by issue, person, or event. Use Everlaw’s AI Writing Assistant to incorporate your documents into various types of work product, like timelines, medical chronologies, deposition outlines, and more.

Everlaw AI — available on every Spark matter

Everlaw AI Assistant™ is a suite of generative AI tools built into the platform: first-level document coding suggestions, summarization, translation, and Storybuilder document drafting that incorporates evidence directly from your database. These tools are free to use on a document-by-document basis.

Everlaw’s Deep Dive™ feature, added in December 2025, lets you ask natural-language questions across your entire dataset at once. Once the data is processed into the tool, a one-time cost per GB, you can ask unlimited questions to find particular documents quickly (“Which 2021 meeting agenda first included…”) or expose larger patterns (“how often were checks written to the individual instead of their LLC?”).

These tools let lean, experienced case teams identify key documents and facts early and drive first-level review without a large reviewer team.

Because Spark maintains its own Everlaw organization, AI tools are available on every matter we host. Credits are available from Spark on a pay-as-you-go basis, so you don’t have to make an upfront outlay.

Everlaw is our preference. But it’s not the only tool we use.

Spark recommends Everlaw for most matters — it’s the platform we know best, use most, and find most effective for the kinds of cases small and mid-size litigation practices handle. The all-in pricing, the built-in case management tools, and the quality of the AI features make it a strong choice across a wide range of matters.

That said, we work in other platforms regularly. If your firm is already on Relativity, or your matter involves evidence types or production requirements that suit a different tool, we’ll tell you. Spark works in Relativity, CS DISCO, Reveal/Logikcull, and other available platforms, and we’re not going to recommend Everlaw if something else is the better fit.
